The all-inclusive backflow testing program from CBI offers a flat, pre-determined rate per backflow assembly, covering annual testing, certification, necessary repairs, internal parts, and any emergency return trips for 12 months at no extra cost. In contrast, the basic program includes only the testing and certification. Any repairs, parts, or emergency visits required throughout the year incur additional charges for time and materials.
